As a Background Verification Officer for the Overseas Process in Noida, your role will involve conducting background checks and verifying candidates" credentials according to company and client protocols. You will be responsible for effective communication with overseas clients and stakeholders via calls and emails, ensuring accurate documentation of verification reports, and upholding compliance, quality, and timelines throughout the verification process. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism is essential in this role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in background verification or a related field. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, analytical ability, the flexibility to work night/rotational shifts, and proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
