Job Overview

We are looking for a Background Verification Officer – Overseas Process to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and at least 1 year of experience in background verification or related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks and verification of candidates’ credentials as per company and client guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with overseas clients and stakeholders through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of verification reports.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and timelines in the verification process.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in background verification or related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to work effectively in night/rotational shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
