Job Description: BGV Executive (Field Background Verification & Document Verification)

Location: Rohini Sector 10
Working Days: 6 Days

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct field background verification (BGV) for candidates/employees as per company requirements.
• Visit addresses, institutes, companies, or locations to verify submitted information.
• Perform document verification including ID proofs, address proofs, academic documents, and employment records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required details and verification inputs.
• Maintain accurate records of verification reports and submit daily updates.
• Interact politely and professionally with candidates, institutions, and third parties during field visits.
• Ensure timely completion of all verification tasks and escalate discrepancies.
• Prepare summary reports and maintain verification logs in the system.

Skills Required:

• Experience in BGV (Field verification) or document verification preferred.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for field verification assignments.
• Basic computer knowledge for report updating and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.

Education:

Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
