Fine Arts Graduate (BFA/MFA)

What You’ll Do:

• Translate artistic concepts into real-world installations
• Work hands-on with materials like

  FRP, resin, metal, wood, and kinetic elements

• Lead a skilled team of sculptors, painters, and fabricators
• Collaborate closely with our design team to refine details and finishes
• Manage production timelines, quality, and budgets
• Oversee fabrication, site installation, and troubleshoot on-site challenges
• Coordinate with vendors and plan execution schedules

Who You Are:

• A graduate in

  Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Sculpture, or Design

  (BFA or MFA required)
• Passionate about large-format artwork, material experimentation, and public art
• Experienced in fabrication, casting, painting, and mixed media finishes
• Comfortable leading a team and managing hands-on production
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited by artistic problem-solving
