Job Description

Job Title: Senior/Lead PAM Engineer (BeyondTrust)

Department: Cybersecurity / Identity & Access Management

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture: Define PAM vision, roadmap, and reference architecture using BeyondTrust modules.
Program Delivery & Governance: Lead enterprise rollouts, build privileged access governance, define KPIs/OKRs.
Integration & Automation: Integrate BeyondTrust with AD/LDAP, IDP/MFA, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms; develop APIs and automation.
Operations & Reliability: Oversee L3 administration, performance tuning, patching, DR/BCP, and capacity planning.
Risk, Compliance & Audit: Align controls with regulatory frameworks, produce audit-ready evidence, and remediate gaps.

Required Skills & Experience

1015 years in IAM/PAM with 7+ years hands-on BeyondTrust experience.
Deep expertise in privileged credential vaulting, session management, elevation controls, and policy design.
Strong background in Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory/GPO, LDAP, Kerberos, SSH, and RDP.
Scripting & automation: PowerShell, Python, SQL.
Experience integrating with SIEM, ITSM, vulnerability management, CMDB, DevOps tooling, and cloud platforms.
