Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TGT Bengali Teacher, located in Kolkata. The TGT Bengali Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lesson plans, teaching and training students in the Bengali language, and continuously assessing student performance. The role involves daily classroom management, fostering a positive learning environment, and effective communication with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Bengali + B.Ed
• Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and assessment structure
• Skills in Lesson Planning, Education and Teaching
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training and classroom management
• Bachelor’s degree in Bengali or relevant qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse student populations
• Prior experience in a similar teaching role is preferred
