Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Bending Machine Operator for a full-time position at our Pune location. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in machine operation and material handling. This role requires someone who can ensure high-quality production standards and effectively manage machine operations within our dynamic HVAC manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in machine operation and material handling in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong skills in machine operation (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient and accurate bending processes.
• Proficiency in quality control (Mandatory skill) to maintain high production standards and minimize errors.
• Expertise in material handling (Mandatory skill) to safely and effectively move and store materials.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure precision in machine setup and production processes.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand machine components and mechanisms for efficient operation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Basic maintenance skills to perform routine upkeep and ensure machine reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC bending machines to produce HVAC components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently to facilitate smooth machine operations and production flow.
• Maintain records of machine operations, production quantities, and quality checks for reference and reporting.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and perform necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure machines are kept in proper working order.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
