Role & responsibilities

experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters

  • Market and place IT consultants on various technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    Prime Vendors and Tier-1 Vendors

  • Understand client requirements and match consultant profiles accordingly.
  • Negotiate rates, manage submissions, and follow up for interviews and feedback. Maintain daily activity logs, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5+ years

    of proven US IT

    Bench Sales experience

  • Babachelor's degree is mandatory

  • Experience working with

    Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation partners
