Role & responsibilities

experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters

Market and place IT consultants on various technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
Prime Vendors and Tier-1 Vendors
.
Understand client requirements and match consultant profiles accordingly.
Negotiate rates, manage submissions, and follow up for interviews and feedback. Maintain daily activity logs, reports, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5+ years
of proven US IT
Bench Sales experience
.
Babachelor's degree is mandatory
.
Experience working with
Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation partners
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and recruitment process.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.
