Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. They will handle client interactions, negotiate rates with vendors, and manage relationships with consultants. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an updated bench and coordinating with hiring managers for the successful placement of IT professionals.

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in bench sales or IT recruitment is a plus
