Job Summary: As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates who are on the bench (available for new assignments). You will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a successful match.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source candidates on the bench through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and ensure a good fit for candidate placements.
Negotiate salaries, terms, and conditions with candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify potential talent pools.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, placements, and communications in our recruitment database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in bench sales recruitment or IT staffing.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
