Bench sales Recruiter - Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) and must be well-versed in H1B transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and prime vendors.
• Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
• Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants proactively.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions and interviews.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Bench Sales.
• Must have experience with H1B transfer candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorization types.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
