Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
  • Deliver guest messages, parcels, newspapers, and amenities promptly.
  • Coordinate with the front office for room readiness and guest requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and bell desk area.
  • Arrange transportation and assist guests with vehicle loading/unloading.
  • Provide basic information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests politely and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
  • Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in hospitality/front office is an advantage.
  • Freshers with a positive attitude may also be considered.
