Behaviour Therapist

Role Overview: As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for using Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis to design and implement behavior interventions, conducting assessments and evaluations, and working one-on-one with children with special needs. Your role will involve utilizing your strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues. This is a full-time on-site position located in Kondapur (Hyderabad) & Manikonda. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis to design and implement behavior interventions - Conduct assessments and evaluations for children with special needs - Work one-on-one with children to provide behavioral therapy - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with families and colleagues - Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for the children Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a Child Development Center (CDC) - Fluency in Telugu is preferred - Ability to work full-time on-site in Kondapur (Hyderabad) & Manikonda - Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques Additional details of the company: The company offers a negotiable salary based on work experience.
