As a skincare specialist at Kaya Clinic, your role involves delivering a range of skincare services to customers post rigorous training. Your responsibilities include: - Performing skincare services such as micro current, micro-dermabrasion, laser treatments, facials, and other assigned services for both male and female customers. - Ensuring a high level of customer service and exceptional experience for all clinic visitors, in line with Kaya's commitment to being a world-class skincare clinic. - Maintaining Process Audit Score and Mystery Audit Score standards. - Encouraging forward booking of clients. - Efficiently utilizing resources for digitalizing customer records, maintaining records securely, and ensuring proper use of products, consumables, and equipment. - Meeting sales targets for product sales. - Adhering to SOPs for systems and processes. - Providing services to customers with care and diligence as per training instructions and guidelines. - Adhering to Kaya's Code of Conduct and values. - Reporting any misconduct or violations of the Code of Conduct/SOP immediately to minimize risks and business impact. - Handling any additional responsibilities communicated by management based on the job role.
