Beauty Advisor

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our team. The role involves providing expert advice to customers on beauty products (cosmetics/ skin care/ hair products/nail products and related tools etc.) , demonstrating usage, maintaining stock and displays, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable beauty products based on skin type, hair type, and preferences.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain proper stock levels, follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and manage inventory.
• Ensure attractive and well-organized product displays (planogram management).
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, brands, and product knowledge.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass; a diploma/certificate in beauty, cosmetics, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in beauty retail required and cosmetic sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
