Job Description

Role - Beauty Advisor Role and Responsibilities - Consistently meet or exceed set productivity targets (100% achievement) - Maintain a productivity level that is higher than the team's average. - Ensure the availability of top-selling SKUs at all A & B category counters to meet customer demand. - Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock proactively before it reaches reorder levels. - Implement and maintain the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to manage stock rotation. - Reduce expired stock to less than 1% of total inventory. - Limit inventory shrinkage to below 0.5% of total business, ensuring robust asset protection and financial integrity. - Ensure 100% adherence to inventory handling and storage processes to minimize errors and losses. - Greet 100% of customers with a smile within the first 30 seconds of their arrival. - Use open-ended questions to understand customer needs, ensuring at least 90% of interactions result in identifying customer requirement.
