Job description

A. Technical Support:

1 Identify tools and tackles required for demos, commissioning as per request and maintain record.

2 Timeline - response should be asap / should not be higher than 48 hours for standard queries with zero error

3 Technical Support for BOM generation for Hydraulic Sales Team

4 Technical support to internal team (Sales back end/ design / CBMS/ quality/ service)

5 Assist the sales/ marketing team for any tech day/ exhibition related activities, as required

6 Maintain the document for case history and update PEG file every forth nightly

7 Maintain the document for case history and update demo file and demo report file every weekend

B. Demonstration/ Commissioning/ Site Visits:

1 Timely site visits for applications study / demo or commissioning as required by the Sales Team

2 Testing, trials and PDI of new products and support to service, sales and design team as required

3 Site visits for technical support on ongoing cases where there are technical difficulties post-delivery of products.

4 Application study, Data collection, Provide BOM based on study, Competitor activity and their tool functioning, Collection of report, Training of customers, Conduct demo, trial at customers request

C. Trainings, Presentations and Webinars:

1 Conduct internal product and technical trainings for new joinees followed by practical demos (Sales and Rental operations team)

2 Conduct internal product and technical trainings for new technologies launched by ABS or principal brands

3 Ground research for technical documentation and competitor analysis

D. Testing and trial and Other

1 Testing of RAD Product and HF for new development / Testing of New products as required

2 miscellaneous activity

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
