Job Description

Location - Pune

We are hiring for a Business Development executive having a minimum experience of 3 years in B2B, B2C Sales. Looking for a candidate who is having a background in Beauty, Skincare, Haircare, Salon.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strong relationships with top salons and professional clients.
Drive sales and collection targets through coordination with teams, dealers, and stockists.
Ensure brand visibility and implement promotional campaigns across your region.
Plan and achieve weekly/monthly primary & secondary sales goals.
Monitor and guide Beauty Consultants (BCs) to maximize territory performance.
Maintain financial discipline and sales data across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in salon, beauty, haircare, or skincare industries.
Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
Ability to plan and execute market visibility strategies.
Willingness to travel and manage multiple territories.
