BDM - Spare Parts Inventory

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Inventory Planning Services, you will have the crucial responsibility of guiding and assisting Automotive OEM Dealerships in their Spare Parts/ Accessories Inventory Management operations in strict adherence to the company's guidelines. Your role will involve implementing the company's directives for Spare Parts Inventory Optimization, enhancing Availability, and minimizing the accumulation of Non-Moving Stocks. Engaging in regular discussions with clients, including OEM Automotive Dealerships, workshops, and Parts Managers, will be a fundamental part of your client servicing duties to monitor value addition and business performance in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Management or Inventory Management within the Aftersales Automotive Spare Parts Industry. Strong analytical abilities are essential for success in this role. Desired skills for this position include being Self-Driven, having a Passion for Quality, possessing excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills (both Verbal and Written), demonstrating a Drive for Results, exhibiting common sense, showing a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and harboring aspirations to develop a career in the Automotive Industry.
