BDM - Permanent Staffing & Contract Staffing we have an excellent job opportunity for Business Development/ Sales for one of client in Staffing Industry.
Location ChennaiExperience 2 yearsRoles and Responsibilities Identify & generate prospects of new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referencing & social media interfaceFrame marketing strategies and sales plans for staffing servicesMarket / sell temp staffing services to corporate clientsManage pricing, deliver corporate presentations, negotiations and ensure timely closuresMine existing clients for new business generationMaintain market & competitor intelligenceEnsure achievement of sales targetsMap the existing Local MarketDevelop new methods and ways of identifying and generating new leadsCreate Prospects for the Staffing services (HR Services) for new business generationEnsure strong follow-ups with prospective clientsPrepare and deliver a presentation to the clientsNegotiate with Clients to ensure the signing of the contractResponsible for revenue generation and meeting the sales target of their respective regionUtilize customer segments & profiles to target new prospects and by market analysisMap competitors activitiesMaintain relationship with clients to generate an additional volume of business
