You are an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong technical understanding and proven track record of generating business through online portals. You should be adept at comprehending project requirements, effectively communicating with clients, and crafting high-quality bids and proposals. - Identify and bid on relevant projects from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, and other marketplaces. - Understand client requirements (both technical and functional) and tailor customised, professional proposals. - Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project timelines, scope, and deliverables. - Manage client communication, gather requirements, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Convert leads into long-term clients, nurturing strong relationships. - Prepare project documentation, Statements of Work (SOW), and cost breakdowns as necessary. - Achieve monthly bidding and lead conversion targets. - Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and track all leads and proposals. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Online Bidder / BDE. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and requirement-gathering abilities. - Capacity to work autonomously and deliver results. - Experience in handling international clients is advantageous. **Technical Skills Required:** - Proficiency in Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM Systems, APIs, SaaS, AI/ML basics, or related technologies. - Ability to comprehend technical requirements and transform them into coherent proposals. - Good grasp of project estimation, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and basic architecture. - Comfortable articulating technical solutions to clients in layman's terms. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Capability to create wireframes or basic workflow diagrams (optional). - Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, CRM systems, etc. - Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and AI tools is considered a bonus.
