As a Business Development Executive at Baron Learning Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of our trading education programs. With a focus on the trading industry, your proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset will be key to your success in this dynamic role. Your responsibilities will include: - Actively engaging with potential clients to introduce Baron Learning's education programs - Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions - Organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads - Continuously tracking and reporting on sales performance and progress against targets - Collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that support business growth - Engaging with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in education or trading industry is a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive, self-starter with a goal-oriented and results-driven approach - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Passion for financial markets (Forex, Crypto, Commodities, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory About Baron Learning: Baron Learning specializes in providing expert trading education and real-time strategies to traders and investors across various markets.
