As a Business Development Executive at Baron Learning Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients and introducing them to our expert trading education programs. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, you will be organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads. It will be essential for you to continuously track and report on sales performance and progress against targets, as well as collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support business growth. Moreover, engaging with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships will be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for those with a background in the education or trading industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with being a proactive, goal-oriented self-starter who is driven by results. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and a passion for financial markets, such as Forex, Crypto, and Commodities, are highly valued qualities in potential candidates. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 per month, along with attractive performance-based incentives on targets.
