Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team in Faridabad. The candidate should have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and onboard new B2B clients.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support.
• Maintain sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of B2B field sales experience (e-commerce preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to manage field sales independently.
• Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
