Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Business Development Associate to join our pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in domestic and/or international pharma markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and corporate clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for product offerings, pricing, and proposals
• Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and closures
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the pharma industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, markets, and regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
