Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company located in Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential industries, developing and executing lead generation strategies, managing customer databases, and staying up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends and technologies. You will be working in a Night Shift (US Shift) from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM with a Walk-in-Interview (F2F) process for selection. Additionally, cab facility is available for all female employees, and a one-time meal is provided to all employees. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential industries. - Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels such as email, social media, and cold calling. - Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and communication. - Manage and update customer and prospect databases. - Analyze lead generation data and metrics to continually improve strategies and tactics. - Create and deliver reports and updates to senior management. - Stay up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends and technologies.
