Job Overview:

IPCS Global, Kannur is looking for a smart and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) cum Social Media Manager who can help grow our business and handle our digital presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Executive (BDE):

• Generate leads through calls, visits, and online platforms
• Promote IPCS courses and services to students and professionals
• Maintain a database of prospects and track conversions
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and webinars

Social Media Management:

• Manage IPCS Kannur’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, videos
• Design creatives using tools like Canva
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Basic skills in content creation and graphic design (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Passion for marketing, branding, and sales
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets
• Self-motivated, energetic, and creative
• Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
