Job Role: Business Development Executive – Machinery Sales We are looking for an energetic, self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and English , have excellent communication and persuasion skills, and preferably possess 2+ years of experience in machinery or industrial sales . Key Responsibilities Client Research & Prospecting Research and identify potential clients based on industry, size, geography, and specific machinery needs. Understand customer pain points and align them with the right Five Fingers solutions. Pitching & Presentations Create and deliver customized sales pitches introducing Five Fingers products and their benefits. Begin every pitch with a professional introduction, including relevant background or previous interaction. Tailor pitches to highlight automation , efficiency , and ROI . Product Demonstration & Value Communication Clearly explain machine features, automation capabilities, customization, and integration options. Use case studies, technical specs , and customer testimonials to validate your sales proposition. Client Interaction & Engagement Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings . Conduct live or recorded product demos focused on specific customer applications. Sales Conversion & Follow-up Suggest trial options, demo visits, or customized proposals. Follow up regularly to resolve objections and move leads forward in the sales cycle. Skills & Requirements Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability in lead generation , client engagement , and closing sales Experience in CRM tools or sales tracking software Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Willingness to travel when required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field 2+ years of experience in machinery or industrial equipment sales (Preferred) Why Join Five Fingers?
