JOB DESCRIPTION: · Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. · Manage full cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. · Work closely with team to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet those needs. · Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. · Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. · Collaborate with HR team members to ensure positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process. SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Good Communication Skill 2. Hindi & English Language fluency 3.
