As a Business Development Associate (BDA) - Freshers for the night shift based in Dwarka, Delhi, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads using various channels such as calls, emails, and online research. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - Effectively communicate with prospects and existing customers to introduce services and products. - Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. - Provide product/service information, resolve client queries, and guide them through the sales process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and service delivery. - Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to customize sales approaches accordingly.
