Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate based in Chennai, with opportunities for partial work from home. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, conducting market research for potential leads, and devising strategies to enhance fundraising activities. Additionally, the role involves communicating professionally with stakeholders, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research to identify business opportunities and market trends effectively.
• Experience or expertise in Fundraising, including strategizing and executing campaigns to secure funding.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in business development or sales roles is a plus.
