Job Description

For BD RM:

• Identify and onboard new clients (Retail & MSME).

• Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, and high-value customers.

• Drive CASA, FD, insurance, and third-party product sales.

• Generate leads through market intelligence and local connects.

• Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.


For AAM/AM:

• Acquire new to bank customers through field visits and cold calling.

• Pitch and sell CASA, FD, and cross-sell insurance, digital, and loan products.

• Follow up on leads, referrals, and database-driven business.

• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

• Ensure 100% compliance on KYC and process adherence.



👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in BFSI sales preferred (Fresher can apply for AAM).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Local candidates with strong area knowledge preferred.

• Target-driven with a passion for field sales.



💼 Experience:

• BD RM: 2–5 years in sales/relationship management

• AM: 1–3 years

• AAM: 0–1 year / Freshers welcome
