As a Business Development Executive in IT Software Sales (Banking Domain) at Acutec Global Services Pvt. Ltd., your role involves engaging with potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and meetings. You will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling client meetings for software product demos, and promoting IT products and services tailored to the Banking and Financial Services sector. Maintaining the CRM system, following up with prospective clients, and coordinating with the technical and pre-sales team to ensure client satisfaction are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth are key objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and meetings. - Generate leads and schedule client meetings for software product demos. - Understand and promote IT products and services tailored to the Banking and Financial Services sector. - Maintain CRM and follow up with prospective clients. - Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales team to ensure client satisfaction. - Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Graduate - Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome) - Domain Knowledge: Preference for candidates with exposure to Banking/Financial Services or IT Software Sales - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory) - Strong interpersonal and client handling abilities - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn - Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively As a preferred candidate, you should have knowledge of Banking/IT domain sales, be comfortable with cold calling and scheduling meetings, and be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond.
