Job Description

Your client responsibilities Need to work as a team lead in one or more FIS projects. Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis, Travel could be up to 50% Your people responsibilities Building a quality culture Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies Foster teamwork and lead by example Training and mentoring of project resources Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives Mandatory skills Well versed in the Technical and Functional aspects of FIS core banking products. Technical Good understanding of the Profile MBP application data architecture, administration, configuration, integration and data structure. Demonstrated experience of solution architecture of banking applications and mapping it to a banking system landscape. Strong Technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs which should be able to transform into application and operational requirements with a tag of technical and functional items. Experience in Relational or hierarchical databases including Oracle, DB2, Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL. Exposure to SOA Architecture and Web service-related technologies. Exposure to Data migration and system integration in banking product development. Good knowledge of databases, Infrastructure, Application servers, Technical Architecture, Security and Performance management. Functional Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, Retail/Commercial Deposits, Secured/Unsecured Lending, Compliance - Including product parametrisation and set up. Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and FIS modules like Deposits, Lending, Accounting, combined with good understanding of GL in FIS Experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks QA-Product Testing experience Demonstrated experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions, product demonstrations and assessment studies Design develops high level functional requirements for new feature development or product enhancements Good business communication and leadership skills Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 15 Yrs Preferred skills Database administration/query skills Performance tuning Prior Client facing experience SOAP/XML test skills Banking Certifications Candidate Profile in EY What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
