Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 15 years of experience in FIS core banking solutions, specifically in Profile & Modern Core Banking with expertise and prior work experience on one or more of FIS modules & domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and functional aspects of FIS core banking products. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead teams in one or more FIS projects and interface with onsite coordinators. Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead. Interface with customer representatives as needed and be willing to travel to customer locations when required. Manage performance for direct reportees according to organizational policies. Foster teamwork and lead by example, training and mentoring project resources. Participate in organization-wide people initiatives to build a quality culture. ### Job Requirements Well-versed in the technical and functional aspects of FIS core banking products. Experience in relational or hierarchical databases including Oracle, DB2, Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL. Exposure to SOA Architecture and Web service-related technologies. Knowledge of databases, infrastructure, application servers, technical architecture, security, and performance management. Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs. Ability to transform customer needs into application and operational requirements. MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/Equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 15 years.
