Battery Program Lead

Location:

Role Overview

Lead the delivery of advanced battery projects from concept to production. Coordinate multiple teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end execution of battery programs, including cells, packs, and firmware.
Plan and track project schedules, milestones, and risks.
Coordinate across engineering, testing, production, and quality teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation and manage changes.
Resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure certification readiness.
Report progress and key decisions to leadership.

Who We Are Looking For

6-12 years of experience in program or project management for batteries, EVs, or complex hardware.
Proven experience delivering hardware projects under tight timelines.
Knowledge of battery pack development, firmware, and testing processes.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
