Job Description

Job Title: Battery Pack Technician (Campaign Activity)

Nature of Work / Key Responsibilities:

Safely dismantle existing EV battery packs following standard procedures.
Remove and refit Flexible Printed Circuits (FPCs) within battery modules.
Cut or modify module side plates (aluminum/plastic) as per requirements.
Apply PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) insulation stickers to modules for electrical safety.
Install pressure distribution plates for structural integrity.
Reassemble battery packs ensuring correct alignment and safety.
Maintain accurate campaign records, including photographs and logbook entries.

Location of Work:
Pune – Nigdi, Bhekrai Nagar, Wagholi, Baner, Pune Station

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹185,755.41 - ₹220,000.00 per year

Experience:

Technician: 1 year (Required)
Battery Pack: 1 year (Required)
