Job Description

As a Batch Monitoring Specialist, your role will involve monitoring applications, servers, and IIS using job monitoring tools and job schedulers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Incident First Level Analysis of tickets - Analyzing issues and providing temporary/permanent solutions - Closing incidents at L1 and L2 levels - Reassigning tickets to the Apps Dev Team for required code fixes - Providing status updates to Team Leads/Project Managers as necessary - Supplying data for Metrics collection You should possess the following technical skills: - Working knowledge of job schedulers such as Autosys - Familiarity with Incident management processes and tools - Proficiency in monitoring tools - Knowledge of PL/SQL In terms of process skills, you should have: - Understanding of Agile Methodology - Experience in Support/Incident Management from previous projects - Familiarity with standard SDLC development processes - Knowledge of testing tools The following behavioral skills are essential for this role: - Strong team player - Willingness to work in rotational shifts - Excellent communication skills Additionally, you should hold a qualification of BE or B Tech at Level 3 or 4.,
