Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Basketball Coach to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate has a strong background in basketball and a genuine desire to mentor young athletes. You will be responsible for developing players’ skills, fostering teamwork, and representing our values — all while inspiring the next generation of champions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Basketball Coach will:

• Plan and conduct training sessions.
• Develop game strategies and oversee match-day preparation.
• Foster a positive, disciplined team culture.
• Mentor players on and off the court, encouraging holistic development.
• Monitor individual and team progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with students aged 6–18 years.
• Certification from a recognized sports body.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is a plus.
