Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications in Base24 Classic and Base24 EPS environments.Work on enhancements, customization, and new feature development for payments and transaction processing systems.Support ATM, POS, EFT switch, and payment transaction processing modules.Integrate Base24 with external banking/payment systems ensuring high availability and low latency.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.Collaborate with business, QA, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end payment solutions.Ensure compliance with banking/financial standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Base24 Classic and/or Base24 EPS development.Good knowledge of Tandem/HP NonStop systems (Pathway, TAL/TACL, COBOL, SCOBOL, C, or Java on Tandem).Strong understanding of ATM/POS transaction processing, ISO8583 messaging, and EFT payment systems.Experience with payment switch configuration, integration, and settlement workflows.Exposure to transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and fraud management tools is preferred.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication abilities.
