Job Description

Beverage Preparation:Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including classic cocktails and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Customer Service:Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Bar Maintenance:Keep the bar area clean and organized, wash glassware, and ensure all necessary supplies and ingredients are stocked.
Inventory Management:Monitor and restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Cash Handling:Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage cash and credit card transactions.
Responsible Service:Check customer IDs to confirm they meet the legal drinking age and monitor consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service.
Collaboration:Work with other staff, such as wait staff and kitchen teams, to ensure smooth service flow
