We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista / Coffee Master to join our Costa Coffee team. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth café operations while maintaining the brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages (espresso-based coffees, teas, frappes, etc.) to Costa Coffee standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment with care and precision.
• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café, workstation, and equipment.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately.
• Maintain stock levels, assist in inventory management, and report shortages.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines (HACCP).
• Work efficiently during peak hours, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
• Support the team and contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
