Barista

Position: Barista or Head Barista

Location: HSR LAYOUT BANGALORE

Experience: Minimum 2 year as a Barista or in a similar role or less experience but should be able to represent.

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and trial performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to customers, consistently following cafe recipes and standards��.

Operate brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and POS terminals efficiently and safely��.

Showcase your coffee-making skills and drink consistency during a pre-hiring trial session on our machine. Latte art, recipe adaptation, and efficiency will be evaluated.Greet and engage customers, answer menu questions, and recommend products or customizations as needed�.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and seating area throughout shifts, adhering to hygiene and food safety guidelines��.

Manage inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring ingredient levels, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or specialty coffee shop.

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.Familiarity with latte art and recipe consistency.Excellent customer service and communication abilities��.

Time management skills and ability to work efficiently during busy peak hours�.Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Commitment to ongoing learning about café menu items and barista techniques�.
