Job Title: BaristaLocation: The Bamboo Nation, Jaipur Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Summary:The Bamboo Nation is looking for a passionate Barista who can prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively café atmosphere. If you love coffee, have a knack for latte art, and enjoy crafting unique beverages, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities:☕ Coffee & Beverage Preparation Prepare espresso-based drinks (Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Mocha, etc.). Use manual brewing methods (French Press, Pour-over, AeroPress). Ensure excellent presentation and latte art for beverages. 🍰 Customer Service & Order Management Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences. Take and serve orders efficiently while ensuring quick service. Handle customer queries and special requests professionally. 🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.). Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly. 📦 Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bakery items. Report shortages and ensure timely restocking. Skills & Qualifications:✅ Experience: 6 months - 2 years (freshers with training can also apply). ✅ Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso machines. Ability to create latte art and signature drinks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ✅ Education: Minimum 12th pass (Barista training preferred). ✅ Language: Basic English & Hindi.
