Position: Barista
Location: Hyderabad Salary: Competitive, with additional service charges included Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (fine-dine or premium caf experience preferred) Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our fine-dining team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent coffee-making skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for crafting premium beverages that complement our restaurants high standards of service and ambiance. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.Ensure each guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized service.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station and service area.Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is well-maintained.Uphold hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant policies. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a fine-dine or premium hospitality setup.Strong understanding of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art.
