We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Barista to oversee the caf area within our co-working office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere for members and guests. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall office experience and creating a sense of community through excellent service and attention to detail. Role & responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and light refreshments to members and guests. Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders safely and efficiently. Customize drinks based on individual preferences and dietary requirements. Greet members warmly, offer drink recommendations, and ensure a courteous and professional interaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked caf area, including countertops, machines, and seating zones. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the office team to restock supplies as needed. Adhere to all hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with the office support and facilities teams to ensure seamless service and a positive environment. Address any member inquiries, feedback, or concerns related to the caf promptly and professionally. Preferred candidate profile Experienced Barista with 2 years of experience in the field of Brewery and Cafeteria management.
