Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks with precision and flair.

• Lead and manage both barista and service teams on the floor.

• Train team members on service standards and beverage preparation.

• Handle guest interactions, table allocations, and resolve customer feedback.

• Oversee daily service flow ensuring high-quality guest experience.

• Manage inventory for barista and service stations.

• Maintain café ambience, cleanliness, and vibe as per brand standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Barista.

• Prior experience in a supervisory/service captain role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.

• Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of POS systems and order management.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
