Barista

Role Overview We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and passionate Barista who can brew great coffee, prepare and serve drinks, and create a memorable experience for every guest. You’ll be the face of Olivia’s – greeting customers, taking orders, serving drinks, and adding that extra sparkle to their day. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and specialty drinks. Assist with preparing and serving other beverages (mocktails, juices, shakes, etc.). Take customer orders with warmth and accuracy, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Engage in friendly conversations, recommend menu items, and share our café’s special offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the coffee bar and serving area. Support in café floor service during busy hours. Assist with event service when required during events Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For Previous barista or café experience preferred, but a love for coffee and willingness to learn is just as important. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
