Position: Senior Barista

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to lead coffee operations and deliver an exceptional café experience. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, a flair for customer service, and the ability to guide and train junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty brews.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Supervise and train barista team members to ensure consistency in service.
• Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans, milk, and other café supplies.
• Ensure smooth daily café operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Support management in menu development and new product ideas.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Barista, including supervisory or senior-level experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, latte art, and café operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and handle rush hours efficiently.
• Flexible with work timings, weekends, and café schedules.
• Passionate about coffee and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
