Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista, located in Ernakulam. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages, engaging with customers to provide excellent service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include operating coffee machines, handling food preparation, managing cash transactions, and maintaining product quality standards.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in Food Preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
